Discover a safe, friendly, and motivating instructor-led group fitness class. Jazzercise is the ultimate full-body workout, fusing dance, yoga, Pilates, and kickboxing: 40 minutes of high intensity, dance-based cardio are followed by 20 minutes of strength training and stretching, during which you can burn up to 800 calories. All the moves can be modified to accommodate your needs (for instance, we show low impact options if you need to protect your knees). Bring supportive fitness shoes, moisture-wicking clothes you can move in, a bottle of water, and maybe a towel.
