Introduction to Yoga W19

Have you always wanted to try Yoga, but the feeling that you need to be flexible or get into a pretzel pose does not appeal to you? Then, this is the class for you! It is a perfect place for both men and women who are curious about yoga and want to feel comfortable and safe. You will learn the basic standing poses, balances, backbends, and forward bends used in most beginner classes. Wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement. All props are provided but please feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Limit 20 students.
