Mid-Maine Regional Adult Community Education

Parents of all ages are encouraged to participate in this Health and Wellness class!

In this class, participants will learn about how tobacco, substance use, and diet impact pregnant women, children, teens, and adults. Come join us in interactive presentations designed to help students engage in safe, open dialogue about healthier practices, specifically reducing tobacco, drug, and alcohol use and promoting a healthy diet and exercise. There will be no class on October 14, Nov. 4, or Nov. 11.

• Oct 7: Talking to Teens about Tobacco, Drugs, and Alcohol;
• Oct 21: Healthy Eating on a Budget;
• Oct 28: Diabetes: Impacts of Tobacco, Drugs, Alcohol, and Diet;
• Nov 18: Environmental Impacts of Tobacco, Drugs, Alcohol
