Chair Yoga is a gentler approach to exploring movement linked with breath and body alignment. Props (which are all available at the studio) may include chairs, blocks, blankets, and yoga mats. Because chairs are always available, this a great class for students that may have any mobility limitations. Chair Yoga is also a nice introduction to yoga if you’re feeling that you want to go a little slower. No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary. Limit 24 students. No class Apr. 22.
