Introduction to Enneagram W19

There are many tools to help unlock personal growth and self-awareness but none quite as powerful as the Enneagram. When understood, it reaches far beyond the scope of a personality or strengths test. Miki Earle, Certified Enneagram Life Coach and Corporate Trainer says, “I have never found anything quite as effective as the Enneagram for giving you the self-understanding and motivation to move forward with freedom – to own a new direction for your life and to better love and understand the people in your life. This class is a two hour overview. In this one class Miki will equip you with the right resources and direction to go deeper if you want and to use this tools for a fresh outlook on your life. An $8 material fee is payable to the instructor at the start of class. No student limit.

Introduction to Guitar Messalonskee W19

This introductory guitar course is designed for beginners interested in learning how to play the guitar. We will cover guitar maintenance, string sizes, changing strings, choosing the proper guitar and care of the guitar. We will cover sight-reading, music theory, scales, and note values. We will also incorporate guitar processors and signal boxes - if you bring them, and learn how to set up amps. When you finish this course you should be able to pick up sheet music and know key, melody, chords, and changes. You will need to bring a guitar and the instructor will bring books, which you must purchase at the start of the first class-cost TBD-about $7. You will also need a 3-ring binder for your homework. The instructor welcomes students ages 10 and up. Parent or guardian must register and participate in the class with students under 17. Limit 10 students. No class Apr. 16.

Have you always wanted to try Yoga, but the feeling that you need to be flexible or get into a pretzel pose does not appeal to you? Then, this is the class for you! It is a perfect place for both men and women who are curious about yoga and want to feel comfortable and safe. You will learn the basic standing poses, balances, backbends, and forward bends used in most beginner classes. Wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement. All props are provided but please feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Limit 20 students. No class Apr. 17.
