Discussion will include the key elements of estate planning (wills and trusts will be discussed), retirement planning, advance directives, various options and strategies to pay for long-term care, and how to pass your assets outside of the probate process. The attorneys will be available after class to answer questions as well. Storm makeup will be March 26. Limit 24 students.
